If you have any questions regarding the USA or any U.S. policies, such as U.S. Economics, Arts & Literature and International Relations; you may ask us a question, using the form below. We will respond to your e-mail address as soon as possible during regular business hours.

The IRC also accepts questions via e-mail, telephone, fax and letter. If you visit the IRC, the IRC staff will provide you with express reference services.
